Thank you so much for your interest in helping Marriage Equality as part of your athletic event!  We know you understand that the march towards equality cannot be won without the support of people like you.

Through this program, athletes from coast to coast are participating in bike rides, marathons, walks, mountain climbs, triathalons, mud runs and other sporting events all in the name of raising funds for equal marriage rights.  Athletes 4 (=) is Marriage Equality's unique program that allows you to support our work to achieve full equality by combining your love of sport, personal achievement and belief in equal rights for your friends, family, colleagues and neighbors.

How can you get involved? The program has two unique options:

  •     You are already entered in an event and want to raise funds for Marriage Equality; or
  •     You would like to raise funds for Marriage Equality as part of our team in large events such as:

        New York City Marathon

Tri-Borough Bike Ride (New York City)

        Los Angeles Marathon

        Chicago Marathon

        Bay to Breakers (San Francisco)

        Boston Marathon

In appreciation for your your hard work for Marriage Equality we provide a variety of resources to make your journey a success, such as fundraising pages, sportswear for the day of your event, resources to meet your goals and more!

As an volunteer driven organization, your support goes a long way to help us to win civil marriage equality in all 50 states and at the federal level - no more, no less.

Click here now to join Athletes 4 (=) now and help end discrimination against the people you know and love - or if you have questions, please email us at athletes@marriageequality.org.
